Shipping policy
Where we ship: United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Cost: Shipping is free on every order.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time (after processing):
- United States: 6-12 business days
- Canada: 8-14 business days
- Australia: 8-14 business days
- New Zealand: 8-15 business days
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs, duties, and taxes: Orders may be subject to import taxes or duties charged by your country. Where our checkout collects these (such as Australian and New Zealand GST), nothing more is owed on delivery. Any charges not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility.
Currency: All prices are in US dollars unless your local currency is shown at checkout.
Tracking: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your order date, email support@karuya.com and we'll chase it down.
Wrong address: If you notice an address error after ordering, email us within 12 hours and we'll correct it. Once an order has shipped we can't redirect it, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at cost.
Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have the package, check with neighbors and your building's package area, then contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
